Orders will be delivered in most cases within 2-3 days.  

WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?

For any order over KWD 80, your delivery is completely free. If your order is less than KWD 80, there will be a delivery charge of KWD 4

WHAT IS THE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY?

  1. Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of

  5. Supplier warranty is applicable for products under warranty
  6. For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, ear plugs, swimming goggles, socks, mouth guards, water bottles and other similar products cannot be refunded or
  7. All products to be exchanged/returned must be in new and resaleable condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by the original sales

All items are shipped from the UAE to all delivery locations.

    Before ordering a customized item, please follow these rules:

    • Only current player names from the team roster can be used.
    • Retired player names cannot be printed on their former team’s jersey.
    • Adult and youth jerseys can have a maximum of 10–12 characters.
    • Only capital letters (A–Z) and spaces are allowed in the name field. Numbers (0–9) can be used in the number field.
    • Each space counts as one character.
    • Slang, phrases and profanity are not permitted.

    The company reserves the right to cancel any order that does not comply with these rules.

    Where the product contains any pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, exchange the defective product or return and refund the price of the defective product in full. Products containing a pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery may be exchanged or returned for a refund at any time after delivery of the product. 

    COMPANY RIGHTS

    Please note, Al Mana Fashion Group reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are:

    • unfit for resale.
    • exchange made outside of the 14-day time frame.
    • refund made outside of the 7-day time frame.

    Such cases will not be accepted, except where the product contained a pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery. Any such products will be sent back to the customer and shipping cost will be charged to the customer accordingly.

    WHAT IS THE COST OF RETURNS?

    There are no additional shipping charges for the return of the item.

    HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ORDER?

    Step 1: Make sure you have read the refund & exchange policy. 

    • Is the product in its original condition? 
    • Do you have the original receipt? 
    • Are you making the claim within the given time period?

    CURRENCY CONVERSION RATE

    The default currency conversion rate applied on the website is 1 Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) = 12 UAE Dirhams (AED). However, please note that the actual conversion rate at the time of a transaction may vary based on the prevailing currency exchange rate as determined by the bank. Users are advised to be aware of possible fluctuations in the currency conversion rate during their transactions.
