WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME FOR MY ORDER?
Orders will be delivered in most cases within 2-3 days.
WHAT IS THE COST OF DELIVERY?
For any order over KWD 80, your delivery is completely free. If your order is less than KWD 80, there will be a delivery charge of KWD 4

WHAT IS THE REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY?
REFUND
- Refunds are acceptable within a period of 7 days of purchase (as per invoice date), except where the product contains a pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery.
- All Credit/Debit Card refunds will be credited back to the original payment card used for the transaction.
- Please note that it may take up to 5 working days to process your refund after we have received your returned item(s).
- It may take up to 5 to 21 days for the amount to reflect in your Credit/Debit Card after refund is processed.
- The product must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition with relevant tags attached. Goods found to be dirty, stained, damaged, torn or abused will not be entertained for refund.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, swimwear, socks and other similar products will not be refunded.
- Please note that Shipping fee is not refundable. However, if the refund is due to a manufacturing defect or damage to the product during the delivery process then the Service and delivery charges are fully refundable.
- Please note that replica jerseys are used for all customized orders and customized products cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after order has been placed.
EXCHANGE
- Exchanges are acceptable within a period of 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date), except where the product contains a pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery.
- Exchange product value should be equal to or higher than the original purchase.
- The product must be in its original packaging and in sellable condition with relevant tags attached. Goods found to be dirty, stained, damaged, torn or abused will not be entertained for exchange.
- Please note that only ONE TIME EXCHANGE of product is allowed within 14 days of purchase (as per invoice date).
- For hygiene and safety reasons, undergarments, swimwear, socks and other similar products will not be exchanged.
- There are no extra shipping charges for the item to be exchanged.
- Please note that replica jerseys are used for all customized orders and customized products cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded after order has been placed.
Where the product contains any pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery, we may, at our sole discretion, exchange the defective product or return and refund the price of the defective product in full. Products containing a pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery may be exchanged or returned for a refund at any time after delivery of the product.
COMPANY RIGHTS
Please note, Al Mana Fashion Group reserves the right to refuse refunds and/or exchanges on items that are:
- unfit for resale.
- exchange made outside of the 14-day time frame.
- refund made outside of the 7-day time frame.
Such cases will not be accepted, except where the product contained a pre-existing flaw at the time of delivery. Any such products will be sent back to the customer and shipping cost will be charged to the customer accordingly.
